Inspector Notes
The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced renewal inspection on 12/16/2021 from 11:30am to 12:51pm. There were 17 children present, ranging in ages from infants to 4 years, with 3 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing, supervision, programming, medication, special care, emergencies and nutrition. A total of 2 children?s records and 2 staff records were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined compliance with applicable standards or laws.
New requirements became effective on October 13, 2021. The facility is to review the new requirements and work with their assigned inspector to ensure future compliance.
