Inspector Notes
The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced subsidy inspection on 12/16/2021 from 11:30am to 12:51pm. There were 17 children present, ranging in ages from infants to 4 years, with 3 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing, supervision, programming, medication, special care, emergencies and nutrition. A total of 2 children?s records and 2 staff records were reviewed.
A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the subsidy supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
