Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was conducted on 07/27/2023 from 2:35 p.m. ? 4:00 p.m. There were 27 children present ranging in ages from 18 months to 4 years old and 4 staff supervising. The inspectors reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, qualifications, and training,
physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies, nutrition, and transportation. A total of five child records and four staff records were reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined a violation with
applicable standards or law. A violation notice was issued.

Please specify how the deficient practice will be or has been corrected.
