During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above to include standards found out of compliance during the previous inspection. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed. If there were any serious injuries or

Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site inspection was initiated and completed on 03/24/2025 , as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 11:30a.m. and ended at 12:45p.m. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 11 children present and 2 caregivers; the point total was20. The inspector reviewed 5 children? records and 2 caregiver's and 1 household member record on-site. This inspection included: document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Violations
2The record for Child #5 did not contain a signed parent acknowledgement of the provider's medication policy.
The provider shall review the emergency plan at least annually and update the plan as needed. The provider shall document in writing each review and update to the emergency plan.
The last annual update for the emergency plan was in September 2023.
