Inspector Notes

Licensing Inspector conducted an unannounced Religiously Exempt Code Monitor Inspection on February 7, 2024. There were 32 children ages 7 months to 5 years old present under the direct care of 9 staff. The Licensing Inspector reviewed the required information for 5 children and 6 staff. Along with any requested program records submitted by the facility to determine if required documentation was complete.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliances with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
