Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 9/07/2023 from 10:00am to 11:18am. At the time of entrance, 9 children were in care with 2 staff members present. Children were observed eating snack, washing hands, playing with legos and other toys and working on an art project. A selection of staff and children records, the physical space and evacuation drills were reviewed. The site was clean, organized and contained an abundant supply of developmentally appropriate materials. Interactions between the children and staff were positive. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the violation notice. Please contact me if you have any questions at Stacy.Doyle@doe.virginia.gov or 571-835-0386.
