An unannounced inspection was initiated on 03/20/2025 and completed on 05/01/2025 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 03/20/2025 relating to allegations of special care provisions and emergencies. The inspector reviewed 1 child?s record on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility and interviews.

The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation(s); therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
