Inspector Notes
A monitoring inspection was conducted on July 10, 2023 from approximately 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM. There were two school age children present, with one staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care, and emergencies and nutrition. A total of two child records and one staff record were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
