This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and a virtual tour of the program.
A complaint inspection was conducted on September 27, 2021. A complaint was received by the department on September 3, 2021 regarding one allegation in the area of emergency procedures. The director was contacted by telephone to initiate the investigation. Two staff members were interviewed virtually.
The evidence gathered during the investigation did not support the allegation and the complaint was determined to be not valid. No violations were issued.
