An unannounced complaint investigation was conducted on December 5, 2023, from 11:00am to 12:00pm in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 11/28/2023, regarding allegations related to preventing the spread of disease and cleanliness in the center. Documentation of the center?s illness policy was reviewed. Interviews with the director, assistant director and two teachers were conducted. The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation does not supports the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid.
