A monitoring inspection was initiated in response to a complaint received regarding the center?s policies and parental involvement that occurred at the center on January 7, 2024. The department was notified of the incident on January 17, 2024. The investigation was initiated on January 22, 2024, and completed on January 23, 2024. On January 22, 2024, the licensing inspectors conducted an unannounced inspection from approximately 11:00 AM until 12:00 PM. Interviews were completed, observations were made in the center, and documentation was reviewed. Additional interviews were conducted off-site and additional information was submitted to the inspector electronically. Information gathered during the inspection determined the investigation did not support the allegations of non-compliance with standards or law. No violations were issued.
