Inspector Notes
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, and a virtual tour of the program.
A subsidy health and safety (SHSI) inspection was initiated on 2/22/2022 and concluded on 2/23/2022. There were 18 children present with 3 staff supervising. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Standard 8VAC20-790-600-D-1
Based on review of two staff files, the facility failed to ensure each staff obtain CPR training within the first 90 days of employment. Evidence: Staff B (date of hire 10/18/2021) did not have documentation of CPR training.
Plan of Correction: All staff will obtain CPR training within the first 90 days of employment.
