Areas and equipment of the center, inside and outside, shall be maintained in a safe and operable condition. The following physical plant safety and maintenance issues were observed: There was loose wall boarder broken off the wall on the floor in the school age classroom.

The base board was not broken off. I purchased it to replace the one on the opposite wall and the person who did our floors did not use it. I did not realize it was left in the room.
