Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on November 20, 2023. The inspector arrived at 11:30am and departed at approximately 1pm. There were 48 children present and 9 staff members. A sample size of 12 records were reviewed which included 5 children?s records and 7 staff records. The Inspector observed staff and children?s interactions throughout the inspection. Children were observed during lunch, handwashing, diapering, and nap. First aid kits and emergency preparedness documents were observed. No medications are administered at the center. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
