Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 08/20/2024, as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 1:10 PM and ended at 2:20 PM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 35 children present and 8 staff. The inspector reviewed 4 children?s records and 4 staff records.
This inspection included:

- tour of the facility,
- interviews,
- observations
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Please complete the plan of correction (POC) and date to be corrected sections for each violation cited on the violation notice. Specify how the deficient practice will be or has been corrected. Submit your POC within five (5) business days from today, August 22, which will be the close of business on August 29. A POC submitted after this date will not appear on the public website.
Violations
1Evidence:
There were 3 aerosol air freshener containers with warning labels on the high window sill in the unlocked staff bathroom in the toddler classroom.
The air fresheners were moved to a locked location during the inspection. Staff were reminded that even if a hazardous substance is inaccessible to the children, the Standard require these items to be in locked locations.
