Inspector Notes

A subsidy health and safety (SHSI) inspection was completed from 10:00 a.m. until 11:55. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection. There were 63 children in care ages infant 5 years of age. Five children's records and five staff records were reviewed. Infants were observed sleeping and playing. Children were observed playing outside, during circle time, washing hands, and being read to. Five child records and five staff were reviewed.
