Inspector Notes
An announced initial inspection was completed today. The Licensing Inspector met with the Provider to complete the inspection. This was completed as part of a change in location. Provider received approval from Fairfax County Zoning Division for a maximum capacity of 7 children. Inspector evaluated space designated for use of operation. The physical plant, 1 staff file, emergency plans and procedures were inspected. There is currently 1 staff certified in MAT (medication administration training).
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
