Inspector Notes

An announced modification monitoring visit was conducted to review new location. Emergency preparation/plan, asbestos plan, background and health records for staff as well as physical space were observed. Four classrooms are set-up for children in care but none were on-site today as the program is waiting for the final certificate of occupancy from the County. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued. Feel free to contact me if you need any assistance.
