A complaint inspection was conducted on 08/28/2023. The inspection alleged the presence of carbon monoxide and natural gas fumes in the facility. The inspector arrived at 1:45 PM and departed at 2:42 PM. The investigation included staff interview, review of documentation, interaction with local agencies and observation. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant and special care and emergencies
