Inspector Notes
A monitoring inspection was conducted today between 10:45am and 12:00pm. There were 8 children present with 3 caregivers supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. The children were observed singing, dancing, and engaging in activities. A total of 3 child records and 3 caregiver records were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Household Member #1 did not obtain a central registry background check every five years. Current central registry background check expired 09/07/2023.
Evidence:
Cleaning products were observed on a counter top, bug spray and medication were accessible in a cabinet.
Evidence:
There was no documentation of emergency evacuation drills being conducted in September, October, and November 2023.
