Areas Reviewed

A monitoring inspection was conducted 01/12/2024. There were a total of 3 children (10 points) observed with 1 caregivers present. The children were observed napping and arriving to the program and eating snack. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, personnel and household members, physical environment, care of children, handwashing, diapering, medication, emergencies and nutrition. A total of 3 child records and 1 caregiver/household member records were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Please complete the ?plan of correction? and ?date to be corrected? for each violation cited on the violation notice and return it to me within 5 business days from today in order for it to be included on the website. Please specify how the deficient practice will be or has been corrected.
