Inspector Notes
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and an in-person tour of the family day home A monitoring inspection was initiated on 1/18/22 and concluded on 1/20/22. The provider was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. There were 8 children (20 points) present and 3 caregivers. The inspector emailed the director/provider a list of items required to complete the inspection. The Inspector reviewed 2 children?s records and 2 caregiver records, along with any requested program records submitted by the facility to determine if required documentation was complete. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
