Inspector Notes
An unannounced in-person renewal inspection was initiated and concluded on December 13, 2022. There were 10 children in care ages infant through four years old with three caregivers including the licensee. Children were observed during nap time. Total points present today equaled 28. Emergency equipment including first aid kit, radio and flashlight were review in addition to emergency evacuation drills, household records, caregiver records and children's records. The outside play space was also reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
