An unannounced code compliance inspection was conducted on 05/15/2024 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM. There were no children present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, and procedures. A total of five children?s records and five staff?s records were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the facility.

Based on a review of the parent handbook and interview, the center failed to provide a written disclosure to parents and guardians of the children in the center and the general public that includes information regarding the centers enrollment capacity and food services.

Based on record review and interview, the center failed to implement a procedure in which a daily health screening and exclusion of sick children by a person trained to perform such a screening is conducted daily.
