Inspector Notes
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review and interviews.
A monitoring inspection was conducted on 9/8/2021. The provider was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 2 children present between ages 20 months and 2 years with the provider. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 2 child records, 1 staff record and 1 household member record were reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law.
