Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted between the hours of 10:00am through 11:00am. There were a total of 5 children present (11 points) with the Provider. A total of 2 children?s files, 2 staff files, and 2 household member files were reviewed. The children were engaged in the following: making calendars, painting, listening to story time, and engaging in free play. Positive interactions between the provider and children were observed during this inspection. A complete inspection of the programming space, children and staff records, evacuation drills, menu, attendance, medications and emergency procedures were completed today. No new staff have been hired since the last inspection. There was an abundant supply of age appropriate materials and toys and the home was clean and organized.
