Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted between the hours of 10:45am through 11:50am. There were a total of 3 children present ranging in ages from 18 months to 3 years (7 points) with the Provider. A total of 3 children?s files, 2 staff files, and 2 household member?s files were reviewed. The children were engaged in the following: playing with magnets, listening to storytime and engaging in other age appropriate free play activities. Diapering and handwashing procedures was observed. Positive interactions between the caregiver and children were observed during this inspection. A complete inspection of the programming space, children and staff records, emergency drills, menu, attendance, 5 medications and emergency procedures were completed today. No new staff have been hired since the last inspection.There was an abundant supply of age appropriate materials and toys and the home was clean and organized.
