A monitoring inspection was initiated on 5/3/2023 and concluded on 5/12/2023. There were 25 children present with 3 staff supervising at he on site portion of the inspection on 5/3/2023. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition.
A total of 5 child records were reviewed.
On 5/12/2023 4 (all) staff records were reviewed remotely.
The onsite inspection on 5/3/2023 started at 3:45 pm and concluded at 5:05 pm.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
