Inspector Notes

A subsidy health and safety (SHSI) inspection was initiated on May 16, 2024 at 4:04 pm until 4:46 pm and completed on May 22, 2024. The inspector completed observations of the children in care preparing and eating snack, participating in various activities, interacting with peers, and completing bathroom breaks, and parent pick up. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover subsidy and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued
