Inspector Notes
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate hybrid protocol, including telephone contacts, virtual document review, interviews and an onsite tour of the program and physical plant.
A renewal inspection was initiated on February 22, 2022 and concluded on February 22, 2022. During the onsite portion of the inspection, there was one family day home child and two resident children present, ranging in ages from three years to five years, with one caregiver supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of four child records, one caregiver and two household member records were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
