An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today, March 4, 2024. The inspector was on site from approximately 11:30 am until 1:15 pm. There were two family day home children and three resident children in care with one caregiver supervising for a value of 8 points. Children were observed having lunch. Later children played with toys and interacted with the inspector. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of six child records, one provider record and two household member records were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
