Inspector Notes
A monitoring inspection was conducted today. There were 8 (22 points) children present with 3 caregivers present. The physical plant, children's records, caregiver records, household member records, the outside play area, cribs, bottles, first aid kit, menu's and the emergency preparedness plans were reviewed. Child #1's record did not contain documentation of liability insurance form, medication policy or emergency plan.
Child #3's record did not contain documentation of a second emergency contact, liability insurance form or the emergency plan.
Child #5's record did not contain the phone number for the physician.
Evidence:
The changing pad had holes in it and therefore was not nonabsorbent.
Evidence:
The first aid kit did not contain an instructional manual.
