Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was conducted today with the director. Today is teacher work day and the program is combined with another school. The inspection took place form 8:40 am to 9:40 am. The program is open all day. The children had finished breakfast, washed their hands and transitioned to a game called musical dots, which the children very enthusiastically participated in.
Medications were reviewed for seven children, Three allergy care plans were reviewed as well as six children and four staff files
The area of non compliance is outlined on the violation notice.

Plan of Correction: We will make sure staff have their files available at the site at all times when they are present.
