Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on 11/30/23 from 4:30pm to 5:20pm with the Director. There were 40 children in care at the start of the inspection, supervised by five staff. Children were observed eating a snack of cheddar cheese crackers and milk, and having quiet homework time. Required postings were observed. The attendance, menu, allergy list, and emergency drill log were reviewed. Five child records were reviewed and three staff records were reviewed for updates. Staff reported there was no new medication on-site and the center has staff with current certification in Medication Administration Training (MAT) as well as First Aid, CPR, and Daily Health Observation. The first aid kit and emergency supplies were also observed.
