Inspector Notes

An unannounced subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted in conjunction with the licensing inspection with the director beginning at 5:01 PM and ending at 6:00 PM. There were 11 children in the care of two staff members. The children were observed playing games in the auxiliary gym. Five children's records were reviewed and in compliance. Three staff records were reviewed. Three medications were reviewed and in compliance. The first aid kit, flashlight, and radio were observed. The most recent lockdown drill was documented as 1/22/2022. The most recent fire inspection was dated 9/16/2019. The most recent health inspection was dated 2/7/2022.
