Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today with the staff from 4:45 pm to 6:00 pm. There were 29 children present with four staff. The children had finished their snack ( string cheese, oranges and water) and were preparing to go outside. Upon returning inside, the children moved from the auxiliary gym( room128 ) to the primary gym( room 134).
At the end of the inspection the children were working on their homework.
Five children had medications on site. Four allergy care plans were reviewed. Six staff files and seven children's files were reviewed during this inspection as well as four injury/accident reports. There were no violations observed during this inspection.
