Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 01/29/2024 from 11:05am to 12:00pm. There were 24 children ages 5 years to age 11 years old supervised by 7 staff. The physical plant, programming, attendance, menus, 3 staff records, 3 children?s records, 7 medications with corresponding authorization records, emergency drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were reviewed. Children were observed participating in lunch. Handwashing procedures were also observed. There was an adequate number of staff present with current certification in Medication Administration Training (MAT), CPR and First Aid, and Daily Health Observation (DHO) training. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.
