Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted beginning at 4:00 p.m. through 5:15 p.m. There were 9 children in care ages 5 years through 10 years old with two staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. Children were observed during centers that included games and crafts, snack, transition and quiet time.
Four child records, two staff records were reviewed. Emergency drills were up to date. A complete first aid kit, battery operated radio and flashlight were observed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
