Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 04/07/2023 from 9:45am to 10:20am as a result of a self-reported incident involving a possible forbidden action. There were 41 children with 6 staff participating in games and art. The physical plant, attendance, 1 child record, and staff statements were reviewed. There was no evidence of forbidden actions found during this inspection.
