Inspector Notes

A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 9/27/2021 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. A total of 9 children were present with 2 caregivers. The children were engaged in the following: participating in table top activities, and engaging in a group physical exercise game. Programming, menus, emergency procedures, and 3 children?s records and 2 staff records were reviewed.

A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements and are identified on the violation notice. Evidence: Staff #2's CPR/First Aid certification card on site expired in June 2021.
