An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted with the director on October 4, 2023, beginning at 5:25pm and ending at 6:00pm. There were 23 school-aged children in the care of 3 direct care staff. Five children?s records were reviewed and in compliance. Three staff records were reviewed and in compliance. The first aid kit, flashlight, and battery-operated radio were observed and in compliance. Four medications were reviewed and in compliance. The daily attendance and emergency drill log were reviewed. The most recent evacuation drill was documented as 9/20/23. The most recent shelter-in-place drill was documented as 9/5/23. The most recent lockdown drill was documented as 9/29/2023. The most recent health inspection was dated 9/6/2023. The most recent fire inspection was dated 5-/4/2023.
