Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on April 7, 2023. There were 34 children in care ages 5 years through 10 years old under the care and supervision of 6 staff. Children were observed coloring, playing card games, creating a craft with staff, during transition time, handwashing, and preparing for lunch. Three staff records and five children'srecords were reviewed. Emergency drills were up to date. Four medications, authorizations and two allergy care plans were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
