Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted with the director on October 5, 2023, beginning at 3:30pm and ending at 4:15pm. There were 29 school-aged children in the care of 3 direct care staff. The children were observed washing hands and having snack. Five children?s records were reviewed and in compliance. Three staff records were reviewed and in compliance. The first aid kit, flashlight, and battery-operated radio were observed and in compliance. Five medications were reviewed and in compliance. The daily attendance and emergency drill log were reviewed. The most recent evacuation drill was documented as 9/3/23. The most recent shelter-in-place drill was documented as 9/13/23. The most recent lockdown drill was documented as 9/22/2023. The most recent health inspection was dated 9/27/2023. The most recent fire inspection was dated 10/25/2022.
