Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted with the director, who was present with a second staff and 15 children, ages ranging from 5 to 10 years. The inspection took place from 7 am to 7:55 am.
The children were actively engaged in an art project called Art around the World. The staff had set up modelling clay and accessories and the children were creating their own Pinch Pots.
Four staff and six children's files were reviewed as well as a medication and allergy care plan for one child. One behavioral report dated 9/13/23 was reviewed. Staff reported that their had been no injuries/accidents requiring documentation for 2023. There were no violations observed during this inspection.
