Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today with the director from 6:50 am to 7:30 am. There were five children and two staff present at the beginning of the inspection with a total of 14 children present at the end of the inspection. The ages of the children present ranged from 5 to 11 years. During the inspection the children watched a video on creating Bloxels (building your own video game) and then planned to transition into Zones to include reading and drawing. Medications for three children were reviewed as well as a one allergy care plan and two injury/accident reports. Four staff and seven children's files were reviewed at this inspection. There were no violations observed during this inspection.
