Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted with the director on March 15, 2024, beginning at 7:36 a.m. and ending at 8:08 P.M. There were 15 school-aged children in the direct care of 2 staff. The children were observed doing tabletop activities which included blocks and magnet tiles. Five children?s records were reviewed and in compliance. Three staff records were reviewed. The first aid kit, flashlight, and battery-operated radio were observed and in compliance. Three medications and two allergy care plans were reviewed and in compliance. The menu, daily attendance, and emergency drill log were reviewed. The most recent evacuation drill was documented as 3/13/2024. The most recent shelter-in-place drill was documented as 11/27/2023. The most recent lockdown drill was documented as 1/22/2024. The most recent health inspection was dated 5/22/2023. The most recent fire inspection was dated 10/11/2022.
