Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today with the director, who was present with 3 additional staff and 12 children by the end of the inspection. The inspection took place from 7:05 am to 8:00 am. The ages of the children ranged from 5 to 8 years.
The children participated in table top activities during the inspection. Four staff and six children's files were reviewed as well as one allergy care plan. There were no medications on site and the center reported that their has been no injuries/accidents requiring documentation in 2023. There were no violations observed during this inspection.
