Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was conducted on 5/20/24. The on-site inspection began at 7:10 am and ended at 7:55 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 13 children present with 2 staff . The inspector reviewed 7 children?s records and 5 staff records. The inspection included document review, a tour of the facility, interviews and observations. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and the violation is documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

A written care plan from a physician is required for each child with a diagnosed food allergy.
There was no allergy care plan on file for child A who has a dairy allergy.
Plan of Correction: We will obtain an allergy care plan from the physician.
