Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 12/07/23 from 7:15 a.m. to 8:33 a.m. with the Site Director. There were nine children in care, ranging in age from five to 12-years-old, supervised by two staff. The children were observed coloring and making a season craft. Five child records and five staff records were reviewed. There were no medications on site. Required postings were observed. The attendance, menu, and emergency drill log were reviewed. The first aid kit, flashlight, and battery-operated radio were observed. There were no areas of non-compliance observed during the inspection.
