Inspector Notes
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to the health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.
A renewal inspection was initiated on 12/1/21 and concluded on 12/3/21 with a virtual inspection of the center. The director was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. There were 17 children and 3 staff present.
The inspector emailed the provider a list of items required to complete the inspection. The Inspector reviewed 2 staff and 2 children's files to ensure documentation was complete.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
